the hotel was clean and had well-trained and extremely helpful staff from what other receptionists say. location: the venue was near to the restaurant, the main sights and the train station. furthermore, sure to ask the driver to let you off at the right stop. the breakfast selection was substantial with views of the countryside.

The view were amazing!! Staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Rooms cleaned every day and general condition of villa was great. We only had breakfast there and it was lovely. Could not comment on other meals as we went into Sienna for dinners. Would definately recommend staying there!

The staff and villa were excellent, and very accommodating to your needs even when the volcano ash and flight delays meant multiple changes to our plans. My young kids were always treated with respect and attention, even when they were excited and playing on grounds. The grounds of the villa are beautiful and relaxing, very nice to sit out and enjoy views and weather. the food/breakfasts were very good, and waiter was fantastic.
The hotel is very formal in design and culture, which is fine if you want that, but can be less suited for families with kids, especially at meals. The hotel is outside of main city (10 mins drive), so needing to drive, taxi or bus to central Siena. This is not a problem, but walking is too far.

The peaceful gardens were a perfect place to unwind, and we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely outdoor swimming pool too. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a little spotty at times, but it didn't really ruin our trip 🌸

great stay but slightly noisy neighbors
The room had an very nice atmosphere and was spacious enough for relaxation. The staff's attentiveness, as they were very good too help us. I loved the view from the terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills. It was a perfect spot for a morning coffee!
We could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which detracted from our overall comfort.

The location is unique - the green hills of Tuscany are just amazing when viewed from the hotel room. Nice wooden furniture, spacious rooms, friendly staff and all so quiet. The perfect place for a romantic getaway.
Perhaps the breakfast could be more generous.

The staff service at the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed the dinners as the food was good and the experience was excellent because of the staff's passionate service.
Extra for the eggs and sauages. Do not charge but include it in the price of the accomodation.

Classy hotel.
Soundproof and huge units available with antique decoration, the bedroom, as example.
